Review time! As promised, we cover the movie now! After narrowly surviving Rui and his family, Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke finish their rehabilitation training and emerge stronger than ever. They are next sent on a vital mission to investigate the Mugen Train, where 40 people have gone missing, including several Demon Slayers. Accompanied by the passionate Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku, they board the train, only to find themselves up against the Lower 1, Enmu. Faced with such frightening powers, Tanjiro and the rest must work together to defeat the demon or they will never awaken from this nightmare! With stunning animation, beautiful battles, hard hitting emotional moments and several laugh out loud moments, The Mugen Train movie delivers on all fronts and neatly connects the first season with what is to come. Everyone has a moment or two to shine, although Zenitsu is still only useful while asleep. Watching Rengoku fight is particularly spectacular, as his flames and speed engulf any demons that stand in his way. There are also big hints at what is to come, and while not giving away anything, it makes you excited for Season 2! So all aboard everyone! Next stop: danger!
